Mentioned in being pen shadow's masterpiece:
: To put it simply, it depends on how you want to feel.
: But judging from your picture
: The height of the brow bones on both sides is different. This is not a problem of roughness and smoothness.
: But the brow bone on the right side is higher and looks more energetic.
: But for the areas on both sides of the forehead bone close to the temples, the left side is better treated.
: Even though it has jagged edges, it doesn’t look stiff.
I'm a little confused. When you say left and right, do you mean the character's left and right, not the audience's left and right?
: In terms of color, it’s the same as above. It depends on the atmosphere you want to create.
: I found some pictures below. Take a look.

It was almost lights out yesterday and I didn’t have time to find the link. I’m sorry that you found so many pictures by yourself. Thank you.
: The color tone in the first picture is closer to the feeling you expressed.
: That is to say, the white color contains more ingredients
: Indigo and blue also belong to the category of cool colors like white.
: But the white color looks milder
: Green is between cold and warm colors, and is more of a cool color. It must be used according to the situation.
: As for the second picture, it has warm colors.
: If you want to achieve the feeling of this picture, you can use yellow and red for shadows.
: In red, you can mix some purple to increase the layering.
: Compared with red, purple will be lighter or muddy when used.
: The third picture is closer to a black and white photo
: To create this feeling, naturally you can’t use too many colors.
: Use pure white colors such as white, gray and black at most
: Then the left half of the fourth picture feels a bit complicated.
: The main body is warm colors, and the walls are paired with cool colors.
: You can use more colors
: That’s roughly it
My original drawing is actually similar to 2. Both are warmer, but I want to create the feeling of a plaster sculpture.
Probably because there has been a successful example of the gray system and it is relatively familiar to use.
I rarely use red and yellow. I am worried that the painting will be too bright and not have a sense of horror.
So even though there was red and yellow in the draft, it was removed when I was making the drawing.
Maybe this is the limitation of thinking. I still haven’t stepped out of the box.
: In addition, you can try to remove the green dots in the middle of the eyes
: It feels better. Eyes don’t have to be added to every picture.
: Sometimes emptiness appears more powerful
It's true. It looks scarier. I've learned a lesson. m*m. Bye.
