Be bold and re-senpai’s post XD
The difference between the Simplified and Traditional systems should not be the main reason... Mainland China does not use many Chinese characters as lines. It is commonly used.
The characters are still horizontal and vertical slashes, brackets, punctuation, and a small number of Japanese characters...
Senior around said that the bmp to ansi conversion tool has a negative effect. I don't quite agree... Generally speaking, everyone is sure or
If someone denies a painting, he doesn’t really care if he uses this tool. Anyway, I don’t care. As long as it looks good...
I think the environment has a greater impact. For example, if you draw lines here, there will be more works and styles.
You can learn from it and get more pointers. As for color blocks, you have to figure out a lot by yourself...
In amida Amitabha's masterpiece it is mentioned:
: There will be such different developments
: I think it’s mainly due to the usage environment and mainstream inheritance.
: In terms of usage environment
: Because mainland China is a simplified system
: Taiwan belongs to Traditional Chinese system
: As far as characters are concerned, the simplified system can be applied to more characters in line creation.
: Although Traditional Chinese can also be used, most people will not think of it and it is not easy to use it in creation.
: However, the support for two-color characters in Taiwan allows most people to have more choices and expressions.
: ASCII art is also derived from the creative expression of simple characters. Japanese kaomoji is also ASCII art.
: Later, the foreground and background colors were added and the concept of color blocks developed into ANSI art.
