:PPP

Title: Re: Another question: how to express three-dimensionality with lines
Sending station: BBS Shuimu Tsinghua Station Fri Nov 1 22:50:39 2002, forwarded
I think lines can create the effect of light as long as they match light and dark.
Only by matching the background can the three-dimensional effect be realized, such as the one of a certain prawn
The diamond shape next to the paper crane is achieved by matching it with the white background.
The three-dimensional effect is difficult to achieve with a single black background.
Haha, I'm sorry, I forgot the name of that prawn :PPP
Ashamed
mentioned in flubber's masterpiece:
: Lines represent the outline of an object
: It is a congenital defect for expressing three-dimensionality
: If you have to highlight three-dimensional features
: You can use high-brightness and low-brightness colors to suggest
: for example
:
:
: But in fact, the advantage of line drawing lies in the shape
: There is no need to make it the same as the color block painting
