Title: Re: Another question: how to express three-dimensionality with lines
Sending station: BBS Shuimu Tsinghua Station Fri Nov 1 19:37:48 2002, site mail
Lines represent the outline of an object
It is a congenital defect for expressing three-dimensionality
If you must highlight three-dimensional features
Highlight and low-light colors can be used to suggest
for example
But in fact, the advantage of line drawing lies in the shape
There is no need to make it the same as the color block painting
Mentioned in Ss007 Yu Yu’s masterpiece:
: For example, when drawing something, it’s shadows and so on.
: High light, low light, light and dark transition can be expressed in the color block diagram
: But if you use lines to draw a picture, it cannot be realized.
: How to solve it? Especially try to draw narrow faces of characters and other spherical objects.
