从目前的现状和一些申述贴中可以发现,整篇抄袭,过多相同局部的“继承”,未
经作者允许使用作品作他用等成为主要的问题点。其实作为ANSI玩家,彼此之间并没有
什么利益关系,关键是要区分恶意与非恶意的行为。对于恶意行为应觉得谴责,而对非
恶意应循循善导。
对初学者而言,更多的参考模仿优良的作品是他们快速提高水平的很好的途径,我
想这方面原作者不会很介意,因为自己也是一步一步走上来的。而且目前在创作过程中
,大量使用几乎相同的软件实现,只要是有自动生成,自动处理的结果很容易都有比较
一致的效果,这也难于区别。
至于创意,我个人觉得创意本身并不该有所有权,因为自你公布于众之后,就留在
了所有人的脑海里,成为所有人的共同拥有,对创意作品本身的抄袭自然不能被支持,
但在其之上的更新或者修改成更具特点的作品就不该视为不好。当然在发布的贴中注明
灵感的来源是应该被鼓励的。
而且在bbs环境下,很多人复制或修改一些作品作为自己的qmd或者smd,在这样一
个用途,要署上他人的名字和出处是难于想象的。所以,我觉得目前ANSI礼仪的主要打
击对象应该是那些恶意使用作品或者代表一个集体使用的,如果你的抄袭是作为集体使
用,那等于在给集体蒙羞,要提倡的是对原作者的尊重,在使用前应至少向本站原作者
发信或标识信息,要支持的是不断创作属于自己风格的作品,有了自己固定风格的画手
,你的作品才不会被人怀疑,也才会有自己稳定的支持群体。
