设立的city的个人目录，大致收录了版面的所有作品，具体目录安排等city
自己来策划，嘿嘿。
向BMS推荐mote作为ANSI版版二，在推荐到任命期间，我会把一些版务处理完
毕，以后ansi版面就可以有比较统一的整理咯。
版三的人选，如果没有意外，推荐CaesarWang。希望在版二上任后有一段时间
的熟悉和磨合期，所以，版三的推荐时间预计在版二上任后15天左右。
