做了一下新手指南的FAQ，设为置底，方便新手查询，以后酱紫的文章就
可以直接说看置底了，嗯。
整理了一下版规，稍做修改，设为发文必读FAQ，作为置底，算是制定了
版面发文的一些习惯，这样会方便些。
对于秘密备忘录，即term下版面按z，现在定位为ansi的需求列表，以后
一周修改一次，把版面需要ansi的记录一下，也方便查询和制作。
基本版务料理完毕了，呵呵。
想试试每月主题的活动，例如，10月主题考虑设定为大家一起来造字，呵呵。
