关于艺术字修饰工作的组织

1 项目的目标
由搜狐公司出资,组织艺术字的爱好者和有实力的作者,完成一级汉字(3755个)的整理修饰工作。修饰工作完成后,版权属于搜狐公司,便于搜狐公司在互联网服务中使用(使用时会明确注明原创作者和出处)。若项目进展顺利,可扩展到二级汉字、英文字体、图案的设计工作中去。
2 关于项目组织
建议参与人数不要太多,例如小于5人,便于艺术字整理工作的组织和风格统一等协调工作。但人数由负责人(组长)最后决定。
3 关于项目的组织结构
协调及审核负责人
1人,向搜狐公司负责,负责其他人员的组织协调和最终效果的保证(保证每个汉字修改后的风格一致、无错误、效果超过修改前)。此角色也可以称为组长。
组员
建议不超过4人,向组长负责,负责艺术字的修改工作。组员可以兼任组长。
4 关于项目的时间
20天 内完成。
5 项目薪酬的发放
组长
以项目制发放,即项目顺利完成并保证质量,薪酬 RMB 5000 。
组员
组员的付酬方式由组长决定。搜狐公司支付的这部分的总薪酬不超过3755*3=11265(最终以实际修改过的汉字的数量计算)。搜狐公司建议以实际工作量发放,即每修改一个艺术字,以RMB 3计算。
薪酬给付方式
项目启动时搜狐公司预付 RMB 3000 作为预付款。项目完成并验收后,搜狐公司支付剩余款。最后,若项目验收合格(方法见6)、用户反馈良好,搜狐公司向组员和组长提供 RMB 3000 的额外奖励(分配方式组内决定)。
所有薪酬支付,搜狐公司均向组长发放,由组长根据发放方法和工作量的统计,向组员转发。
6 项目验收的方法
项目验收在全部汉字修饰完成后进行,为期一周。验收由搜狐公司以抽样的方法进行,例如10%抽样约370个汉字,统计这部分样本中的错误、风格不统一的字数,分为以下几种情况:
一,错误字数小于10%,搜狐公司全额支付薪酬;
二,错误字数小于20%,搜狐公司只支付70%薪酬,待将错误修改后,重新验收,合格后支付剩余部分;
三,错误字数超过20%,待将错误修改后,重新验收,合格后支付剩余部分。
另外,如果第一次验收时如果错误字数少于5%,搜狐公司支付本文第5条中约定的额外奖励。
验收不合格后再次修正的工作时间,累计不得超过 15天 。超过这个期限的,不再支付剩余薪酬。
关于“不合格”的定义
验收中对不合格的定义,约定如下:
1, 文字不正确;
2, 汉字的框架结构(字型、包围、对称与不对称)的不统一;
3, 常用偏旁部首的不统一;
4, 笔画(线条)的使用不统一。
示例:
所谓风格的不统一,例如下面的“潮”和“澈”两个字,它们在圆弧笔画的使用、左偏旁“氵”的使用上均有过大的差异,计为两个错字。

2 About project organization

3 About the organizational structure of the project
Coordination and review manager
1 person is responsible to Sohu Company. Responsible for the organization and coordination of other personnel and the guarantee of the final effect. Ensure that the style of each Chinese character after modification is consistent, error-free, and the effect exceeds that before modification. This role can also be called the team leader.
Team members
It is recommended that there be no more than 4 people. They should be responsible to the team leader and be responsible for the modification of word art. Team members can also serve as team leaders.

5. Payment of project salary
Team leader
It will be paid on a project basis, that is, the project is successfully completed and the quality is guaranteed. Salary RMB 5,000
Team members
The method of remuneration for team members is determined by the team leader. The total salary paid by Sohu Company shall not exceed 3755*3 11265. The final calculation shall be based on the actual number of modified Chinese characters. Sohu Company recommends that payment be based on the actual workload, that is, for each artistic word modified, RMB 3 calculation
Salary payment method
When the project starts, Sohu Company prepays RMB 3,000 as an advance payment. After the project is completed and accepted, Sohu Company pays the remaining balance. Finally, if the project passes the acceptance method, see 6. User feedback is good. Sohu Company provides an additional reward of RMB 3,000 to the team members and team leader. All salaries are paid by Sohu to the team leader, who will forward it to the team members based on the payment method and workload statistics.
6 Methods for project acceptance
The project acceptance is carried out after all Chinese character modifications are completed. It lasts for one week. The acceptance is carried out by Sohu Company through sampling method. For example, 10% sampling is about 370 Chinese characters. The errors in this part of the sample are counted. The number of words with inconsistent styles is divided into the following situations.
1. If the number of words with errors is less than 10%, Sohu will pay the salary in full
2. If the number of words with errors is less than 20%, Sohu will only pay 70% of the salary. After the errors are corrected, the company will re-accept it. The remaining part will be paid after passing the test.
3. The number of words with errors exceeds 20%. After the errors are corrected, re-acceptance will be made. The remaining part will be paid after passing the test.
In addition, if the number of incorrect words is less than 5% during the first acceptance, Sohu will pay the additional reward agreed in Article 5 of this article.
The working hours that can be revised again after failing to pass the inspection shall not exceed 15 days in total. If this period is exceeded, the remaining salary will not be paid.
About the definition of unqualified
The definition of non-conformity in acceptance is as follows
1 The text is incorrect
2. The frame structure of Chinese characters: font, surround, disunity between symmetry and asymmetry
3. Inconsistency in commonly used radicals
4. The use of strokes and lines is not uniform.
Example
The so-called inconsistency in style. For example, the two words "Chao" and "Che" below have excessive differences in the use of arc strokes and the use of the left radical "氵", which are counted as two typos.
